Shape the benchmark
Help define what comparable facility condition data should look like when peer organizations compare notes.
Founding Cohort
The community stays open and useful for practitioners. The 2026 founding cohort is a smaller working group of facility leaders helping shape the benchmarking standard behind the platform, starting with K-12 and extending to adjacent institutional teams where the fit is strong.
We are looking for facility teams that want more than a login. K-12 districts are the first focus, but higher education, government, healthcare, nonprofit, utility, and other institutional operators may also fit when they bring real asset inventory, condition, deficiency, and capital planning questions into the work.
For 2026, we are starting with a focused pilot group so the work stays hands-on and useful. The free community path stays open to everyone, even if the cohort is not the right next step yet.
